Restaurant Vinke, in the centre of the village of Westouter, is the latest venture of the 'Tout à fait Sophie' catering company. It is a fine dining venue (with an event space) in the heart of Heuvelland, where you can discover culinary gems with an eye for fine detail. The kitchen is run by chef Gilles, who learnt the tricks of the trade under Gert De Mangeleer at the three-star Hertog Jan restaurant. Hostess Deborah welcomes and assists her guests with the broadest smile in all Flanders.
