‘t Kapelhof is a mixed farm, located in one of the most secluded corners of Flanders. Its main activity is the cultivation of oyster and shii-take mushrooms. Groups and families can learn how the oyster mushrooms are grown. Farmer Freddy takes you through the process ‘from fungus to food’. The farm shop sells both oyster mushrooms and shii-takes, with fresh strawberries in May and June.
